Breast Augmentation
One of the most popular plastic surgery procedures worldwide. Volume is added to the breasts to increase size and projection. Breast implants or fat grafting techniques can be utilized depending on patient goals. “Internal bra” techniques can also be employed when indicated.
Mastopexy (Breast Lift)
As the breasts age they tend to descend and change shape. Mastopexy is used to lift the breast, and restore youthful shape and contour. The nipple is lifted, and the skin of the breast is shaped to restore projection and height while maintaining volume.
Breast Reconstruction
A central component of our practice. Either breast implants, or tissue from the abdomen (DIEP) using sophisticated microsurgical techniques can be used to reconstruct the breast. Breast reconstruction can be a critical component of breast cancer recovery.
Breast Reduction
Overly large breasts can cause significant problems for women and can interfere with exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Reduction techniques can provide relief as well as improve the aesthetics of the breast.
Breast Implant Removal
Whether for Breast Implant Illness symptoms, or simply because you no longer desire augmentation, implant removal is a central component of our practice. Available with or without capsulectomy, and often combined with mastopexy techniques to improve contour/aesthetics.
Nipple Reduction
Often an in-office procedure, the size and projection of the nipple can be altered. Alternatively the size and contour of the areola (area surrounding the nipple) can also be changed.
